you would like to return or exchange merchandise purchased at Operation:Dissent
please follow the instructions on the invoice or packing slip included
with your order.
We offer
an unconditional guarantee on all the products we sell. Please inspect
all goods upon receipt for fit and order accuracy. If you are not satisfied,
place questionable items in a box along with a copy of the invoice and
the reason for your dissatisfaction and ship to the address below:

All returns
or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Items that
have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.
Sender is
responsible for return postage. We urge you to use priority mail or a
carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible
for lost packages.
If you request
an exchange, please detail what items you would like to have exchanged.
Please include a form of payment if the total amount of the goods you
are returning is less than the goods you are requesting. Standard shipping
fees apply. It may be faster for exchanges to process a separate order
online and wait for the returned goods to post to your credit card.
Please allow
2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your credit
is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to you at your
billing address. Operation: Dissent reserves the right to refuse returns
on any item after 14 days. |
